This app consists of books published by Beijing Language and Culture University Press and Phoenix Tree Publishing Inc. The app needs to download a Mandatory Database in excess of 63MB the very first time to operate correctly. The database needs only to be downloaded once only. The user can either choose to download from Hong Kong or China. If the download is taking too long from one location, User can cancel the download by tapping the download circle and choose the second location. Each book can be auto-read, tap to read a phrase, or tap on associated speaker to read a segment. Long Press a Chinese character will bring up an animation view showing how that character is written. You can practice writing that character on screen by tapping on the pencil tool on the animation view. Exercises such as multiple choices, check the correct answers, drawing activity, matching game, stickers etc can be done within the app itself. You can also check the correct answer to the exercises within the app. The following list of books are available in the initial release - This is My Book Series - Grade 1 to 4 - Chinese Now, 小学中文 - Grade 1 The list will increase as more and more books are made available on our server. The app will automatically show the latest list. Books are available to the user on a subscription basis. No registration is required for In App Purchase. Sign In Purchases enable you to can view your subscriptions on different devices and platforms.
