Hairdoo - Haircare On Demand

I’ve always thought this was a brilliant idea and am glad to know the company is committed to making it the best it can be. The barber was on time and gave me a great cut. The convenience of having him come to my home is wonderful. The app is pretty simple to operate and there seems to be a good quality of barbers available. The price is actually decent as well considering the on demand and transitory nature of the service. I would recommend that people give it a try. The company is very happy to assist with any issues and are good hearted. Definitely will get my hair cut again through the app.

I made an appointment using the app at approx 10:00pm last evening. The app doesn’t give you warning that it’s going to charge your credit card upon entering the credit card information...there’s no confirmation screen to verify all of the appointment information...it just charges automatically. After I made the appt, the app said it would confirm the appt within an hour. Why am I being charged for an appt that hasn’t even been confirmed??? And guess what? It’s now almost 15 hours later, I haven’t received any confirmation, the app says it’s still confirming the appointment, and it’s about 10 minutes prior to the appt window opening. I’ve texted and called the help line as the app suggested. No response from either. I’ve been waiting around all day because I wasn’t sure if I really had an appointment or not...that’s the opposite of convenient. And the fact that I was already charged for a haircut appt that was never confirmed and doesn’t appear to be happening?? That’s not just wrong, it’s criminal, and I’ll be taking appropriate action.

Just downloaded this app. Already I was impressed. Little skeptical at first, but I was like hey why not I need a haircut now! So I downloaded the app & choose the one off options, I thought let me try it first. Less they 5 minutes after entering my credit card I was prompted with a text saying we are confirming you with your stylist now. 10 min later the confirmation was made & the stylist was on their way over. Padra arrived greeted me. Set up his stuff & got to work. 30 min later we were done! The cut looked great. Hairdoo is my personal grooming service for life!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK WITH HAIRDOO! I booked last minute bc I needed a haircut before an event that night. The stylist came to my office and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Extremely skilled barber. I've never used an app before to book a haircut but after this last appointment, I'll be booking with them from now on! I'm recommending Hairdoo to all of my homies! Plus, they are always giving great deals to new clients. The best app!

App is easy to use, my stylist was as good as any and they came in a timely manner. The price point was worth the convenience. Because I am on the go I order everything to my place from food, massages and now haircuts, it really opens up time for the rest of my day. It really is the uber, Postmates, soothe, etc. for haircuts.
