I love this company and their products. Beautiful fans. I have 2. I also have two lights in our entryway and they and their smart light technology are wonderful. Had some issues when we first installed them but had more to do with WiFi connectivity in our home which once that was remedied solved the problem. The only issue that I have had is that they work amazing with Smarter Cooling setting and less so with Smarter Heat. We have a wood stove in one fan location and even with the heat from that increasing the room temperature it doesn’t seem to want to regulate as well. Not horrible but could be better. I have just installed an Ecobee thermostat and am waiting to see if that will help to regulate it better once the cooler weather gets here again. The reason I am still giving it 5 stars with this one drawback is that their support is the best I have ever dealt with. So beautiful products but one of the best companies that anyone could interacted with also.

What a fan it’s beautiful it’s perfect. I was going to get a white one to blend in with the ceiling but at the last minute I ordered black to stand out showing there is a Haiku fan handling the airflow in the room. I’m glad I chose this product it is so impressive. After running all day and leaving the extremely bright lite on for a few hours I shut her down for the night I wanted to check how hot the unit got. The motor is pretty much sealed inside all of it’s covers not really any vents for motor heat. When I touched the fans housing the motor and light system were actually cool. Safety and peace of mind is what I purchase. All ceiling fans get hot but not this one. Phone App easy to set up and easy to operate. Up dates all by itself love this system.

Update-the update in May 19 seems to have changed something. At 3AM the light turned on, on our bedroom fan. So at three in the morning I checked the schedule and none showed. These schedules have been set for a few years. Checked again in the morning and the schedule was there. Two days later I looked at the schedule and it was again missing. Closed the app a couple times and it showed up. I am guessing that this was the reason the light turned on at 3am. It detected motion. Unless the security was hacked. One other thing. WHERE IS THE HOMEKIT SUPPORT PROMISED THREE YEARS AGO...... Great app for these fans. The only thing missing is an option retain created schedules, in other words being able to turn on or off a schedule without deleting it.

Your app is terribly flawed. Situation: set up entire home using iPad. Downloaded app onto iphone, here’s the problem, after logging into account on iPhone the app wants me to set everything up all over again with no way to exit out of setting up device. Seems to me one should be able to access previously set up settings and not spend hours re-installing the fans on various devices. The app immediately defaults to setting up device after logging in with no way out or around. Every other smart home device we own saves all setting information within the account, hence not starting over when adding the app to new device. This is a huge problem especially since your app does nothing once in it, only showing directions on how to set up a new device. I don’t want to set up a new device, I just want to use the four fans I’ve already installed!

First off let me say that I love the actual fans, they look amazing and are almost completely quiet. I built a new home last year and bought six of the H/I series fans for my home and have been overall happy with them. The downside has been the software, rules are difficult to understand and seems random when they are actually applied, and I am a software developer so I should have a decent understanding. I’ve changed settings, reset devices and it still a mystery when things are going to work or not. I’ve called support, they didn’t give much feedback. Now If haiku would allow third-party integration from IFITT or Apple HomeKit it would completely elevate my concerns, but for some reason they refuse. Please, please let us create schedules with third-party applications, your app just doesn’t do a great job with this.
