Gulfstream Performance

I just downloaded this app and tried it out a few times. It works great! I like the graphical displays for the runway distances, and vertical profile with obstacles. I only wish it had an export or save for later function. It would be handy to email the results directly from within the app. The rest looks excellent.

I think there’s another issue... Landing results for contamination like ice, snow, and slush apparently already include a enroute landing factor of 1.15 in the “Actual” landing distance. I compared several landing results with chart 47C, pg 90 OIS 3, and the results were the same as the apps Actual landing distance except 47C includes a 1.15 landing factor. Point being a crew will unknowingly multiply an additional factor of 1.15 to the apps landing result that already have a hidden factor of 1.15 in it. This will occur when the user changes the apps landing factor from 1.00 to 1.15 or use the enroute landing factor. Also it would be nice to integrate the runway condition codes into the app as well.

Overall a intuitive app with a good flow. We would like to see KROG in the database to be more useful to us, as it is the shortest airport in which we conduct operations.
