I have been using Globe for over a year now. Every month, Globe sends me a text message how many rewards points I have. When I attempted to use this app, it would not recognize the phone number that I have been using with Globe. Globe offers no other solution to be mean to me rewards points except for this faulty and useless app. In two days, all of my rewards points expire what in extreme disappointment from such a large corporation.

Two years i a row na nag eexpire points ko. And I’m paying 1799 each month on a postpaid plan. Either server error or does not recognise my number. This app is the worst app ever. Dont even bother downloading. The 4438 option does not work too and their customer service representatives are NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. They would just ask you to remove your battery even if you are using an iphone 7. Stupid!

One of the worst apps ever! Unusable. Inconvenient to use and a hassle. Everything that is pressed loads everything. Even basic tasks like going back or pressing takes ages! This doesn’t need an update. Withdraw the app and just re-release it once it actually usable!

How can anybody give this app a bad review? My gosh, it is so helpful when I need to use reward points, just tap and choose. Fantastic. Works 100% of the time.

Always unable to process the reward transaction. The app is useless. I have received this error message multiple times. I have never successfully processed a reward request: “Sorry, your request can't be processed as of the moment. Please try again later. Thank you!”
