Hello, thank you for your great review. We appreciate your feedback regarding more personalization and a Straight Gin mode. You will be pleased to hear our team are hoping to implement the latter in the future. As for card sorting, when we developed our game, we tested different versions of this. The majority of players who tested our game preferred auto card sorting as it sped up the game, ensured that no melds were broken due to cards being placed separately or not accepted in a meld, and also ensured that the highest amount of deadwood was used to form melds. We can appreciate that some players may wish to have more control over their cards, however, we are currently not planning to change this as allowing any kind of manual sorting comes with a very large amount of potential cases to consider and would cause more issues for players than it would solve due to cards being potentially not considered a meld or in case a player is rearranging their hand exactly as another player knocks.

Thank you for your review. In our new version of the game, in each game the amount of chips you receive for winning a game is higher than in our original game. This was one of the feedback points we took from the first game and changed for the better in the second version of the game. In addition we have implemented a bunch of features that players had been requesting and also have many more free chips, gems, and card backs in the game than in the original. For example in the old version we had a daily bonus, now we have a free chest every four hours. There should therefore be no reason to run out of chips in this game if you weren't doing so in the original game.

Hi paul12877, while we can understand your frustration when you have a run of bad luck, it is not in our interest whatsoever to manipulate any games. If you lose a game, another player wins. If you pay for a game and constantly lose, the chances of you paying again are not high. We aim to provide a game that players enjoy, whether they pay or not, and don't make any distinction in the game between any players. At the same time, when we say the deck is shuffled randomly, this does not mean that a player is guaranteed to win a certain amount of games, nor that we ensure they win a game after losing a certain amount of games. Gin Rummy is a skill game, it requires a great deal of tactic, both paying attention to your own hand as well as any cards your opponent discards or takes. It requires trying to calculate what tactic your opponent may be using; are they an early knocker? Do they go for Gin every time? All of these factors need to be calculated in a game of Gin Rummy. Of course the hand you are dealt plays a part in this, but we also have players who are very skilled in the game who have an extremely positive win ratio. We're sorry to hear that this is not the game for you, but we would like to clarify again that all players in our game are real, we do not manipulate the game in any way as this would be not only unethical but counter-productive for us as a company, and our overall aim is to provide a quality Gin Rummy game which, based on our ratings average, we are happy to say that we have achieved.
