Grades - Grade Calculator, GPA

This App is great if you’re aiming for a certain grade and have multiple assessments. As you enter your grades you can see what you need to get for the remaining assignments to achieve the grade you want. I love it!

This app makes it easy as pie to figure out how many marks you need from any assessment to achieve your overall grade goal. One thing I might suggest is that the grade for a particular assessment could be out of the % it’s worth. E.g. for a mid-semester exam that’s worth 15%, I received 9.8 out of 15. At the moment you have to calculate the grade out of 100% before entering it into the box. It might make it easier by letting me enter 9.8 out of 15, rather than scaling it up to 100.

I really like the app, so much so I willing to pay for it. But like other reviews it’s deceiving because the upgrade is advertised as $1.99 and you’re charged $2.99 at the final screen. Also there’s an issue when rearranging assessment items. As I drag newly added quiz 12 up under quiz 11, the assessment items below that are all mixed around and I end up with the order 1, 3, 4, x, x, 2. Needs some fixes but actually a good app.

Simple effective format. It’s pretty much perfect for what I want it for. A nice touch would be a GPA calculator (that you could modify for different regions/universities, ie in Aus our GPA is out of 7). Overall great app.

it would be beneficial to be able to customise the letters in the gpa scale as well. in university in australia i am not graded by A,B,C etc i’m graded by HD, D, C, P, F and i would love to be able to add that so that i better understand the grade I get
