GRACE Risk Score for ACS

GRACE risk score is used to identify high-risk ACS patients at the time of presentation. This prognostic models have been developed to assess the risk for in-hospital and 6-month mortality for the entire spectrum of ACS (acute coronary syndrome) treated in general practice. GRACE risk score was developed by a multivariable logistic regression model using 11.389 ACS patients.
