Goibibo: Hotel, Flight & Train

It’s been again more than 10 days of your commitment to come back to me within a week. You must understand that you are generating lot of bad publicity because of your act. It’s just around 4000 bucks yet you are reacting it’s 4 million. We are an avid traveller and GOIBIBO has actually made our trip to Thailand successful and we wish to continue using your wonderful platform for booking needs as we are now planning to go to Dubai next summer. But if you guys continue to act childish then I’m afraid that I won’t be able to do business with you. Moreover, I must highlight that I have booked my next reservations from Phuket to Bangkok on a different airlines after taking verbal confirmation from on of your customer representative which I’m very sure you have cross checked from your records. So I’ll request you once again to refund my full amount so that I can trust back your esteemed platform and continue to do business with you. Expecting a favourable response from you this time.

I am writing this review against my booking id HTL49AY6DY. I booked a hotel in vrindavan with online payment before 20 days from my stay and my booking was confirmed as per goibibo app. But when i reached hotel they denied my booking and said they are not working with goibibo from 2 months. I was surprised how it can be possible. I called to customer care of goibibo around 12 pm and they told me to wait for 1 hour. But there was no response from their executive till 2 hours. After 2 hours of waiting i again called them again they asked me to wait for 30 mins. Atlast after 3-4 hours they ask me to visit another hotel against my same id. I went to another hotel which was really not a hotel was a dharmshala. And again second surprise was waiting for us. They also denied our stay and their receptionist said goibibo is not releasing their payments so they r not giving rooms to online customers. I was totally fed up. I again called to customer care they again ask me to wait for 30 mins. And still it is almost 3 hours but no response from their side. At last i personally visit another hotel and booked a room personally. And my money is still stuck with goibibo. Please do not book any room from this app they are just fooling us nothing else.i want to give zero star but there is no option.

I have booked a bus through this app, the bus was left without informing to me from the departure point. I have asked reason to bus operators , they are telling they dialled wrong number instead of my number. They telling so many excuses because they have done the mistake.I was waiting for long time in night. I have received a bus number and this app provided a mobile number to contact bus operator, but it was not reachable. The bus number also was wrong.i have informed to the customer care and he told me , he will contact within 10 minutes.. I didn’t get any call after that.. ai couldn’t attend my brother engagement because of this bloody app. After i got a local bus at 12:30 am and i reached at 3:30 pm in home. Next day morning also i have raised a complaint that lady told me will call within 10 minutes... now they are not picking my calls.. what service they are providing???...why can’t they arrange alternate solutions??I didn’t get my refund also.. ??? If a girl was facing like this?? I will not suggest anyone that means anyone to about this app.

I had booked a cab almost 10 days prior to my trip back home, we usually get Driver’s information 2hours prior to our trip, but we didn’t get one so we called the app for almost 6-7 times, everytime i was told to wait for the information, on the 7th call, half an hour before our booking time they tell us that they don’t have any cabs available at that location, and they were”SORRY” for that. They didn’t have any 4seater or any6 seater cab available inspite of booking the cab 10 days prior. We were told to arrange our travel on our own. Their only response to our complaints and our anger was “we are sorry for the inconvenience and we understand your situation”. This app sponsors ipl teams, they do all the show off work but when it comes to actually provide service to their customers at that time they just leave everything and say that they are SORRY. I would not recommend this app to anyone, i will make sure i tell this story to everyone i know just to save them their money and not waste on this app

The worst service i had ever received from such platforms for hotel bookings stuffs. I kindly recommend you to use other apps for booking hotels such as OYO is the best one i can say. They provides excellent services. I had really bad experience with this Goibibo ., if you’re booking any hotel which is out from your state then please make sure that they are having a good tie up with that company from which you’re booking your tickets. In my case Goibibo didn’t paid that hotel since 5 months so they broke out the tie up with Goibibo that’s why when I reached at that hotel they were not accepting our booking that we booked from Goibibo. I had a appointment on that day and because of these stuff I gotta very late. Goibibo took almost 1:30 hours to fix those things they provided me another hotel which were far way from hospital. Did pay extra charges there for travelling and timing issues. So I kindly request you to please check out these things before booking any hotel from any other platforms.
