The efficiency of the card every time you purchase is good. However, the app has enhancement last week. Upon updating, my existing points went back to zero. I personally seek an assistance with a customer service representative. She told me that there’s a link right after the update process; which is none. In that case, I think, the real card is better than the app.

The app works just as advertised. My card linked right away just by simply pointing my camera at it. I got to see all my points and I don’t have to pay a renewal fee anymore! I got my new suit from the additional discount offered by the department store which they are offering for a limited time. Quick, reliable, and convenient - such an amazing app. Can’t wait to shop more at Robinsons!

Apps now are very common to have such unusable apps developed by a Mall Giant Robinson. Same issue with others. “You have entered invalid details” — but did not specify which details. All details are correct, so not sure what else this app is asking. The one star is for the scanner able to scan the barcode. That’s the only working part of this app. Sad to say, Robinson group of companies, who have the power to built malls, and condos, yet hired ignorants to built their app. Better take a look what are these people not doing instead of doing as they did such a lousy job.

Apparently the app has updated. It somewhat look better but it automatically logged me out of my account. I tried logging back in and resetting my password to no avail. It’s wrong logic that when you are about to add in new password and you just finshed typing on the first field, the second field will already validate and throw an error that the password you entered does not match — you haven’t even typed in on the second field for goodness sake!

Great to see attempts at forward thinking by giving us the option to link our ever growing loyalty cards to an app on our phone. Problem is it is a fail from the get go at least in my experience. I have been unable to link my physical card with the iOS app. Several attempts with customer care have not resolved the issue. In my opinion poor execution of an otherwise great idea.
