Giftagram: Gifting Made Easy

I have both received gifts and sent out gifts through Giftagram. This app makes sending a gift to someone is soooo simple. All you need is the recipients phone number and the company will send a text to the recipient for them to put in the delivery details. I don’t have to go out, look for a gift, wrap it up, get the recipients address and go to the post office anymore. This app does all the work for you.

My order was canceled without notice. The company, which is engaged in sending gifts, does not consider it necessary to notify that they have not sent an order. Imagine you are making a gift to a friend and think that he received it, and both of you are happy. But it isn’t. The company didn’t apologize and returned the credits to me instead of $35 only $20. Apparently the company does not value its customers. I can not trust the gifts of this company. My second order came to me straight from the store (and not from the company's warehouse) to a regular box. This is not like a gift. The company takes a huge amount for delivery and did not even put it in a gift box.

If you’re like me, and you want to give a physical gift to someone but you don’t remember until it’s too late to mail something or you don’t have a mailing address, then this app is for you. The process is easy and the selections are pretty good but i do wish there was more selection under/around $50.

Despite my profile showing I live in the US I was only shown gifts available in Canada. I sent a gift and both the receiver and I reached out more than six times to try to get help. We only received a response after six days - once the gift had already expired. Customer service not only ignored our repeated attempts to solve the issue, but when they finally reached out there was no apology, only an offer to provide a Canadian address - which we do not have. Terrible experience - I only recommend this app if you want to send someone a hassle.

Not only did they charge my card without confirming before placing the order (i had credit I wanted to use but wasn't given the option,) but they charged my card full price twice and my bank put block on my card I had to order a new debit card the app is horrible. After I contacted support to cancel my order I was told I would be contacted in 5-10 minutes and no one ever got back to me. I'm not even interested in using my credits at this point I'm that disappointed with the app. Terrible.
