First of all let me start by saying that this app being chosen as the one that casinos opted for is mind numbing.. It may let me sign on at first, then it sends you a notification every .8 seconds, then after about 15 minutes of playing, it crashes.. reload the casino webpage.. no help... uninstall and reinstall the app and reload the website.. no help.. oh and if you have a bet in but not finalized when this crash happens... say goodbye to your money!! I lost over $800 this past week to faulty online geolocating.. casino doesn’t care, they just took your money.. is geolocate going to reimburse me? I highly doubt it.. I was trying to put in an 8 game parlay for $100.. before I could hit parlay, it crashed, resulting in 8 separate $100 bets!! I’m still absolutely incensed by this! What are you people using to geolocate? Old Cold War era satellites being fed to old dial up modem internet computers?? Atrocious.. Your company should not be allowed to exist, or operate if it is faulty.. I’m going to start a private investigation company where the only investigating that occurs is when the target person happens to walk or drive past me.. should be a success if a company like this can be!!

The casino I (try to) play at makes me use this app to determine if I’m within state lines. However, this app makes it impossible to play at the casino via mobile. The app literally pops up every five seconds. When it happens, you have to leave to website your on, go through a prompt that takes you to the App Store, then you have to open this app (even though it’s already open), close it and return to the original webpage and wait 30-60 seconds for the website to function again. Then, you go through the same process every 5-15 seconds. Why can’t this app run in the background? Why does this app have to continuously run when I’m at least 2 hours away from being able leaving the state. Do these developers really think I can travel 100+ miles in 5 seconds?

If you’ve ever been to the French Lick Resort Casino, you know everything is top notch and their expectations are always to be the very best. So I’m perplexed as to why they would associate themselves with a company that has aligned themselves with an app that is as atrocious as this one. I can log on MAYBE every tenth time, and some days I just give up altogether. I can’t count the number of bets I’ve missed because I can’t log on. This app should be trashed and French Lick should develop their own app for online gaming or align themselves with a new company. VERY disappointed with this app.

Its so unfortunate that online betting through casinos requires you use this app cuz it is garbage. This app pops up relentlessly and when i finally get the speed of god through my fingers and place a bet it never goes through because this garbage app can’t decide if I’m in Iowa or not. God forbid i live 10 minutes from Nebraska. The fact that on Snapchat I came swipe up and see where my friends are on a map but this “locator” app can’t do it is a complete joke. I hope once more states allow betting this app gets dumped in favor of a better alternative.

I wonder if the casinos know how much money they are losing because of this app. It doesn’t work. Reloads every 5-10 seconds and can never verify you’re location. Uninstalled reinstalled. Restarted phone, browser, everything but still can’t place any bets. Awful. Costing me money I would have made on winning bets and costing the casinos money they would be making on losing bets. I will definitely be letting the casino know my dissatisfaction with the app and recommend they look into using a different company.
