I love watching and learning about all of the beautiful precious Gemstones. My problem exists with having 3 different Apps for ONE Gemporia. It boogles my mind to think that in this day and age some well paid geeks can't be paid to combine into one SINGLE App! For example, HSN, QVC, JTV, EVINE and so on have all managed to supply customers AFTER they sign one with different apptitudes and variety of icons to see account balance, history, etc. I truly hope that Gemporia can get their stuff together enough to PAUSE the Cha Ching that I am sure rolls in AND do some much NEEDED UPDATING of their App!

I have an IPad and this is where I shop. Since the latest update 2/3 weeks ago, I’ve lost out on some amazing deals. I shop on the outlet side of this network, every time I scroll down to any item, it automatically goes back to the FIRST ITEM🤬 I don’t have time to call in...I just want to click and shop! I’ve called in SEVERAL TIMES, but still it’s a problem..I’ve done all that they have asked and still NO LUCK! My IPad is new and only 2mths. old. I like that I can now see the prices of sold out items but this other problem, is Very Frustrating🤬

Gemporia is a wonderful way to buy jewelry I love their beautiful and amazing variety of stones. And their prices are the best, also love that they let you return everything your not happy with not just their more expensive items. I have had problems with the app. It tends to freeze up when you try to buy or when you put a certain size ring in your basket and they are out of that size it will not let you go back and order a different size ring. A great company to order from. Very knowledgeable presenters who make you feel at home. Gem Quality is excellent. I have been able to learn a tremendous amount of information about gems their origin and the people who mine them . The work that Steve does with the families of the mine workers to help them learn to better their lives is incredible. There should be more companies like this one in the world!
