Needs more QA. My wife has gluten allergies so I order her food from the “plate menu” selection but it requires you to select a pita to order. However when I order thru the “pita menu”, there is a “No pita” option??? I tried to re-order one on my previous orders, but because the local restaurant didn’t have any gluten free pitas. The app wouldn't allow the re- order. So I had to redo my order again specifying “No Pita” in the instructions.

This app has a couple of major problems. It won’t remember my credit card. Have to enter CC info every time. I selected the “add to quickpay” but it never stored the CC. That’s a deal breaker. The app hides the total cost until the final screen. There are no prices listed for additional veggies so you don’t know what the total cost will be until the confirmation screen. The web site ordering system has the same problem.

The app is badly done! They should fire the coders and fix it if they want to catch up to the times. You can’t modify an order once it is in the basket. Have to start from scratch. How dumb!!! Why do they want you to choose prefix such as Mr, Mrs, etc., Nobody does that these days. Are they from the 20th century?? Keep up with the liberal times and don’t ask for unnecessary info!!! Are they listening to the terrible feedback from everyone??? In these days of contactless delivery the app should be a priority. Please fix or lose carry out customers.

I’ve made sure my settings were enabled and I provided my address and it still shows no locations for restaurants. Even though I saw the little robot pass by me today

The app functionality is greatly improved! Thanks Garbanzo! I feel brighter every time I use the app :)
