Been a tester for GameSir's controllers. While the app is not user friendly, they have tried to fix some bugs that otherwise make this app useless for some. I'd recommend join their We Are GameSir Facebook group to get help.

It seems like they finally brought back support to g5 controller. I got g-touch to work on the g5. First time I upgraded the firmware to the latest it upgraded but I was unable to get g-touch to work. I downgraded the firmware and updated again to the latest and g-touch is working with US official pubg mobile app. The only issue I’m having is after key mapping is complete and saved to the controller. I am noticing that 2 buttons cannot be pressed at the same time. Ex. I can’t run and jump or walk sideways and aim and shoot at the same time. I literally have to stop moving and shoot. Once they fix this I think this controller will be great. Until then I would hold off on purchasing. I do have the g6 and that is working great.

Impossible to creat your own configurations on the G6. When creating your own it only gives you the option of setting the joystick. It gives you zero options to add other buttons. When you use an official configuration as a template it doesn’t allow you to save your own screenshot so it looks like a complete mess. Garbage company creating garbage apps and products.

Today I received my Gamesir VX Aimswitch and was able to play my games with lag and stuttering. To top it all off, my aimswitch has stop connecting to my app and kicks me out of it anytime I try to open new configurations. I will be returning this piece of junk very soon.
