This app is for gathering data on how women are underrepresented on panels at conferences. Conference organizers can do better, and we can help them improve by tracking these data. Download this easy-to-use app and be part of the solution!

Once you start a tally or get to the “share” screen, you can’t get back to the home of the app unless you kill the app completely. Works well other than that. Would have been nice to have a how-to video or the first time you open the app. On a different note, should we also be keeping track of men of color?

I use this often in meetings and conferences to highlight good behavior, when gender balance is excellent and it addressed in plenaries, committees, etc. I also use to highlight MANELS, let’s all work hard to get rid of these!

Just downloaded the app and tried to submit a tally. It’s pretty much impossible to contain a title of an event, panel, or speech in 30 characters.
