The FRITZ!App Wi-Fi offers a clear overview of all access points in the home network and notifies about available FRITZ!OS updates for your FRITZ! devices. The FRITZ!App Wi-Fi makes it possible recognize whether your iOS device is connected with the FRITZ!Box via a FRITZ! Repeater or a FRITZ!Powerline adapter. Use the "Measure WiFi" function to evaluate the wireless LAN at various locations in your home network and find out where there might be a WiFi coverage hole. The "My Repeaters > Evaluate Repeater Position" function checks the quality of the connection between your FRITZ!Box and your FRITZ!Repeater. If the connection quality is suboptimal, you will be directed to position your FRITZ!Repeater further from or closer to your FRITZ!Box. Click "My Repeaters > Configure New Repeater" for instructions on establishing a connection, and on finding the ideal position to improve the configuration of your home network. Minimum requirement: - iOS version 14 or newer - FRITZ!IOS 06.50 or newer Comments on "Measure WiFi": measuring can increase the home network traffic. This could impair connection speeds between other devices in the network (for instance, reduced video streaming quality).
