App works well, especially when the super hot manager at Park Street shows your how to use it!

It wouldn’t let me preorder my food so I reinstalled the app. When I had originally downloaded the app I signed in with Facebook, but since I deleted that account I had no way of logging in. This meant I had to create a new account, deleting my reward and my almost full stamp card, and the app still won’t let me preorder.

Their coffee is great and the app gives you a free coffee, what's not to like? Good to see a small grassroots company offering so much!

Why on earth have you extended the time of the loading screen. It's ridiculous. A loading screen should only be visible while the app is actually loading. And then that super long fade. It's awful user experience and holds up the food buying process. Even the staff are compliant about it. Please return it back to the short loading time it used to have.

I've had so many instances where I'm stood ready to pay, waiting for the app to load, with a huge queue behind me. I've just had that again and then it asked me to log in again. It's now at the point I'm not even going to bother trying to use the app anymore. I'd much rather have the hassle of carrying around a physical loyalty card, because then I can actually get it stamped.
