Add ability to do substitutes. I put in the notes and the server missed it! Add this and I will give 5 stars.

I typically order once per week from this app, but after downloading the new version, my usual store isn't listed. I have to order ahead of time, which means I can no longer eat here. I'll update this review if it gets fixed. Update: it’s been fixed

Love the new Freshii app. Very user friendly and can order in advance so your food is ready when you walk into the store.

At least 3 times last month my order was incorrect, and the blame can be shared by the employees and the app. There isn’t any way to remove ingredients other then a note at the checkout stage, that makes things very confusing for multiple custom orders. There should be a note option or other way to remove a standard ingredient from each individual menu item. Also, today I ordered the Beyond Meat Chilli and paid for it only to be told it’s no longer available when I arrived to pick up my order.
