Freeze Debt

For the last 5 months, I haven’t slept or been able to focus on anything without the feeling of doom over my debts. Pay day would come and then debt day the day after, leaving me nothing to actually live on. Barely existing and feeling horrible for the next month until the cycle repeated itself. Yesterday I had had enough and the Freeze advert came up on my Facebook. I downloaded the app, filled in the details feeling a little bit sick to be honest looking at how much I actually owed. The app chat was brilliant and really gave me a feeling of hope that there is a way out from this cloud I’ve lived under for months now. Today I spoke to Jonathan and Nuri who are both amazing. A plan looks like it’s in action to allow me to breathe again. I know I’m the one who got myself into this stinking mess but with Freeze’s help, I can hopefully get out of it! I can’t thank the guys at FREEZE enough. I have been deliberating a debt solution for many months but the stress of having to initiate contact with a company has always made me put it off. I didn’t think there was anything I could do, more money going out than coming in and constantly stressing about finances. These guys however have been great. Ahsin took on my case and has provided sound advice while keeping me well Informed along the way. My case is still pending but I have no doubts that very soon I will be updating this to say thank you for all the help. Definitely recommend these guys if you too feel you are financial stuck.

I found the app really straight forward. The best thing about it was the chat service. I find when your in debt it can be a struggle to pick up the phone, the chat gives you the opportunity to feel at ease before you have to speak on the phone. I found that the reply’s where extremely quick and they gave the advice I needed to make an informed decision about my debts. I can now say I am on the road or being debt free!

Having been seriously worried about my spiralling debt problems I didn’t see a way out of it, I contacted freeze on their app and from the very start it has been very straight forward, a few simple messages explaining my situation and a quick phone call and it was all done.
