After months of reviews expressing this, you would think you would address the issue. I appreciate what one person recently said about needing to contact the company first.... the problem is that you just have to figure that out on your own. Where’s your process to sign up? Who does that these days? I went to the website, and it says for agents to subscribe, click here; then it directs you to a non-functioning page that is for “SignNow” document signing app. Seriously?! This app was recommended to us in a class. This is really great, but if you can’t get it together with the simple process of activating it, it makes one wonder just how accurate and functional the app is once you do get access to it.

I'm a realtor and I found out that forewarn was provided to us through our organization. On my way to an appointment I made to show some property I decided to put the number of the person who I was meeting in the app. I was surprised to find out that this person had been convicted of kidnapping. Also many other gun charges and things I wouldn't have wanted to run into. Now I understand that a charge can cover an umbrella of things however I don't want to be involved with anything associated with kidnapping. Im truly thankful that I was able to know this information before I was possibly in a position that I couldn't get out of. If you haven't downloaded please do. You can use number, name, any info you may know. It may help.

Love this app. Realtors are vulnerable. Running a criminal history check gives me the ability to make an informed decision as to who I will work with. After 17 years in the business, I finally feel I can move forward in confidence when meeting new clients. I check EVERY new contact. Understand you first need to contact the company to set up your account. They need to see you are a realtor in good standing first, then you can use the app. A logical requirement since this is sensitive information we are looking at.

Love the app and the service that comes with it. Meet me at the office for a consultation doesn’t come into play as you would expect. As busy as people are it isn’t feasible or convenient. Robert Gazda was always available to answer my questions. Very helpful, always called me back and got the answers I needed. Went above and beyond what I expected. Lifelong client base is what this company is growing. Thank you!
