The app is full of fake reviews from accounts created just to give some particular restaurants a 9.0-10. So don’t trust the reviews and score there unless you inspect them carefully. And sometimes it takes forever for them to find a delivery driver. My orders rarely arrived on time, even when the eta was an hour. Now I just use vietnammm and grab food instead.

I will not be giving a thing about the review part of the app. Because the main reason I downloaded this app is because I want some quick delivery services. And it’s seems this app, and as much of it’s customer services - are stupidly dumb. First delivery request, after placing delivery request for 20’, I was informed of the shop ran out of rice, meanwhile the site shows the shop is available for delivery. So wasted 20 minutes, and I’m getting hungry. Second delivery request, again 20’ later, I was informed the delivery request is too late, while I placed the request BEFORE the closing hour. While the site did not inform of such issues at the time of request. Third one, this time went smoothly, but later I received a call from the customer service by a cheesy sounding woman telling me I need to pay an additional of 4.000 VND because the app placed the wrong delivery price. The price isn’t much of an issue, but the thing here is they straight up telling me the app is broken. So I feels like I should stop using this dumb service and rather go straight or call the shop by my own. In some cases delivery prices are free, which this app will take out additional 5% for some reason.

I have had to stop using Foody/Now for food delivery. My last order, after waiting awhile, I called the restaurant. It turns out the restaurant doesn’t offer delivery through Foody, even though the app confirmed my order. This current order has already been over an hour, and the driver just left the restaurant. They switched drivers 3 different times from when I ordered. This system they have in place here is not one you can trust, better to just call the restaurant.

I made an order, but there are some problem, so I tried to contact on chat-room. But no one gave answer on the chat room, so I made a phone call to their C/S center. All they saying is “I don’t know English. I call back”, or some even not saying a word, they just hang up my phone call. No one still give answers on chat room. And can not contact with any support center. Waited over 1h 30m, still haven’t received any support. 가끔 한번씩 꼬이면 대처가 안됩니다. 고객센터에 9번이나 전화 했는데 그냥 끊어요. ^^,,,

This is the first time I use the app and so disappointed. I order at 9:30 am and set time to delivery at 11:45. My lunch time is from 12:30 to 1:00pm. I gave them 45 mins incase they r late delivery but I was wrong. I didnt get my lunch until 2pm. And I already left my house at that time for work. I tried to call the CSKH at 12:00 to see what happened to my order like around 10 times but thats unreal number 😅 Worst experience
