Foodchain - Great Food Direct

Ordering through food chain has been a life saver during this tricky time. I had been struggling to get the supplies I needed at the supermarket so was researching home deliveries when I stumbled across Foodchain! The quality is far superior to that of most supermarket food and it’s a joy to support suppliers who may have otherwise struggled to sell their produce during the virus period. I have ordered a fish box, fruit and veg box and meat box - all of which were great value for money and delicious. I highly recommend using this service.

Cas and Diana have done a fantastic job assisting me with my order this week. They have gone way above and beyond any expectations I had. They were positive and proactive in keeping me updated as to what was happening. In summary, any company that does this much to look after their customers deserves 5 stars and a huge amount of kudos.

Fabulous box of meat arrived yesterday. Couldn’t be happier with the quality and will be ordering again very soon. We were also very excited to see that more delicious looking produce has been added to the range and will be ordering all our fruit & veg, fish and dairy essentials next week.

Hi - since updating your app there is no way to ‘chat’ any more and no means to contact any staff. I placed an order via the app with Golden Fruits and it was supposed to arrive yesterday. I’ve been charged, but it hasn’t arrived and we’ve had no comms. We’ve had to order elsewhere, so I’d like a refund. However, there is no way to make contact with anyone from Foodchain since the app update. Please can you rectify this and can someone get in touch with me ASAP. I’ve also tweeted you as that’s the only form of contact I can find for you online.

I was trying to chat with a supplier but am unable to do this. The support button only leads to a sign in page with commendations from what I could see. For absolute perfection, I sense the ability to make direct contact needs to be clearer please. During Covid 19, it’s beginners like me who are easily challenged. Thank you.
