Flydirekt - Standby loads

This is a great website for non-reving. It allows you to ask for loads from another airline and help out when someone else needs loads from your airline. Thanks to everyone who’s helped me in the past!

I have been requesting for loads from other airlines and always get charged 1 credit for it, but NEVER have I once got any responses from anyone! Credit should only be deducted on successful responses from other airlines. Today, I finally got a response for the first time from Air Canada, I checked the bookmarked request and saw EXACTLY the same response from the availability page of your app! It only showed 58% and seat load but no info on how many standbys there were! This app is plain ridiculous! I then emailed your customer see ur email and guess what? It came back rejected to my mailbox with “unknown address”! What a joke!

The APP was off air for a few days. When it was back on it simply didn’t work: - I requested loads for the 18th. On my Bookmark page the date that appeared was the 19th (4 different flights) - received message that loads are available for me but none appeared - tried to send an email with a bug report but even the email address in the App is incorrect... Right now it is a total waste of time.

Flydirekt was great but now after selecting dates and flights, they refresh with accurate flights. Then when requesting loads they are never shown to me but I get alerts that someone answered the request. I’m baffled as to what happened but the app isn’t functioning anymore. It also looks like loads requested and bookmarked are for the wrong dates. I’m deleting and sticking with StaffTraveler.
