The connection to their cloud services is very very buggy — connections to live channels and recordings frequently time out (“cannot load, please try later”), "network error" or “playback failed”. Flow is sadly lagging behind some of their competitors despite international ownership and resources. The app might have been able to make up due bandwidth issues linked to old, ageing cables and infrastructure... A missed opportunity

When first introduced, this app was wonderful. Over time and with each new version it has become useless. Recurrently, one gets a “playback failed” or other error. No point contacting customer service as one is shunted from section to section, no one has a clue and inevitably blame one’s device (despite the errors occurring on all my devices each with a different operating system). Just installed on my brand new 6th generation iPad running the latest iOS. Still doesn’t work. Waste of space in the App Store and on one’s devices.

I tend to agree with the previous comment. Some of The customer reps need to be more knowledge of how system works. I have had good customer service otherwise but the to Go app problem seems to be a challenge to some reps. I have to start the process of registering again to see if problem of “ unknown added devices” can be removed.

You can’t even play anything in the app, error message “Playback failed”, deleting now. It’s been months. Please fix this Flow Jamaica!

I would like to be able to access my Flow ToGo wherever I travel in the world. This is not the current situation as of Oct 14th, 2017.
