The app is a great addition to gamedays and centralizes a lot of information for me as a student (season schedules, student and guest tickets, ordering concessions, etc). This app definitely has a lot of potential. One issue my friends and I have encountered is that many times the app won’t let us add a ticket to our iPhone wallets — I’m not sure if this is a problem from this app or Ticketmaster; the error message we get is “Web page loading failed”. Adding the ticket to the wallet makes it a lot easier to get into the stadium and it would be great to be able to use this with no problems. Other than this, a great app overall!

From everything I’ve been able to play with so far this app is great. I see so much potential in the future with the app as well. Right now the focus seems to be on football which is fine, but I could see them adding more as time progresses. One feature I can’t wait to try is order food for pick up at the concession stands. This was a much needed feature and I hope it helps with the long lines on game day.

The app is awful. It led to missing an entire quarter of the first home game because the app would not load while trying to pull my ticket up to get back to my seat. The apple wallet feature doesn’t work, so there’s no way to pull your ticket up without using the thin-worn WiFi or cellular service. It has caused a lot of stress before and during the game. Something needs to change.

Not terribly impressed. App loads slowly and is sluggish. The only thing that populated in the account section is the legal stuff. Other than the stats, info, etc, there’s not much there. Since I have paper tickets, all the hype about digital tickets is meaningless. There is no help or support tab. I’m at a loss to see the value of this app.

Let students have the option to get tickets from the stadium ticket office! I’ve gotten student tickets each year, and its become almost a tradition to meetup with friends to grab tickets together. The apps good, but forcing change rather than easing into it is just plain stupid.
