Great start, but it seems like details are missing. The biggest is Wallet support for the id so that you don’t have to hand over an unlocked phone. You also can’t pay your bill with a credit card or without it loading a third party site, so you’re basically forced to find a CVS. The find care search and the locate doctors and hospitals in resources are different — one seems more native, and the other warns it’s a third party site. Many of the other options load third party sites too, which just feels cumbersome.

It’s like they completely forgot to finish it. There are errors and missing info everywhere. Very disappointed to see this with a big insurance company. I guess it’s useful just to put your id in your phone’s wallet.

I thought it used to be available but after the last coupe of updates it is no longer an option. Please add it back. Also there needs to be an easier way to see the amount of the current bill via the app. Currently you have to hunt and tap and open 3-4 different sections to find a pdf version of the bill. If we are securely logging in why can’t we have the amount of the bill in the account section of the app?

I really like the addition of the urgent care banner, a helpful addition would be the hours of the urgent care. I was recently injured at 9:30 in the evening, and we had a hard time flipping back and forth between the app and google trying to find an open urgent care. Also, there are many repeats in the list of doctors when you are searching

Very poor quality. You can’t even get passed the login page even after resetting password. It’s not very user friendly. The website is horrible bc it’s really hard to search for doctors or benefits without getting kicked back to the search page. I was hoping the same ppl that created it didn’t create the app but the app is even worse. After I enter password which I even reset to make sure that wasn’t the issue, it takes me to a page with nothing. So it doesn’t even tell me what’s wrong.
