Reading all the bad reviews I have to say I disagree with them. People are right when they say it’s almost always raining - that’s a bit of an annoyance - but otherwise this game is great! You can do more than one task at a time so people saying they can barely get through one task aren’t playing the game properly imo. It costs a little more to do your repairs as you have to hire a specialist if doing more than one task at a time, but it’s a worthy investment. As long as you are keeping an eye on the game it’s easy to make money. For people who enjoy idle games this one definitely isn’t for you, but for people who like to sit down and chill out while actively playing then it’s worth the time it takes. It works fine on the go with a decent 4G signal but doubt it’d work if you were low on data, which is another reason for giving this 4 rather than 5 stars. Once you’ve got the hang of it, it’s a fun game to pass 10 minutes here or there....recommended.

The game is good but after a while it gets a little boring. Because you have a 5 min time limit to renovate and sell your house once you have brought it, it’s best to hire all your workers and get them doing their jobs in case of any issues like damaged water pipes in the game. I reckon that you should be able to zoom in to the house and be able to watch the workers decorate the house rather than do nothing. Regards to reading other reviews, yes people have said that you need to pay the red gems to complete renovations quickly so you can upgrade again but I have noticed that when you do that, your profit does go up on the house but yet no one offers you more money for it which I think is very disappointing. So it’s better to just not use the gems and just get the little profit and only use them when really needed. You do also get 1-3 gems at the end of every sale.

I downloaded this game by accident but got into it and really started enjoying playing, the earlier version I had downloaded was much more stable. The only problem I had before was fake house listings but now the game crashes all the time, the clock doesn’t run or skips ahead 4 minutes, every time I open the game I’ve been given loads of free houses which I hadn’t bought and get given an extra few million. Besides those problems I enjoy the game but you do get stuck with the same people all the time the same houses and the same addresses. Would love expansion over trying to fix the very minute problems you had earlier on.

I did stop playing after awhile due to boredom, and it just being buy, fix then sell the renting feature is a lot better adding a whole new element to the game and allowing you to build an property portfolio, and you make more renting than selling too. I will say though there are way to many ads every time you click on collect rent or buy or sell its a 30 second ad, you can skip it after 5 but still it’s Irritating.

I have been playing this game for about a week and about to give up. The idea and the prospects are great but I buy houses and then cannot open any tabs such as fixing and open house, to fix this I have to close the game and reopen...nearly every time. Sometimes when I do this the house has vanished but my money has gone. Today I went to re-rent four houses (apparently a few houses vanished as they were uninhabitable even though I maxed all renovations) out of the 4 I re-rented, only 1 is showing in the tab that you collect rent from, even though it is showing 3 actions that require attention. I really have been trying with this game and it can be great but I really suggest fixing the glitches.
