The app is great for keeping up with all my flex spending accounts. Not only shows this year but prior years too. Easy to submit transactions for reimbursement - upload receipts with a picture. Super simple. Also you can set up thumbprint login which saves me from having to call in for a new password every few months when I remember to check in.

I find this app very useful in checking the current status and amount remaining in my account. I also like that I can see claims.

App makes it really easy to submit and check status of claims. Adding a photo of claims is fine, and I suggest adding ability to upload documents, as well, for even greater efficiency. I found that most claims are emailed to me, and it slows me down to go back and take a screenshot of the document.

I submitted a claim by snapping a picture of my EOB and got a reimbursement via direct deposit. That was quick!

Every time you leave the app, it loses connection and you have to log back in. Kinda annoying, when having to copy passwords and such.
