Hi! I’m love this app but somethings is not recording or saving my weight.. I few days ago I sent you guys a note with the same problem and no one has yet responded to that email/note with a solution. I’ve already ran a network diagnosis and I erased my original plan to see if it would work. I really enjoy this app because I’ve seen much improvement with myself and loss the excess weight and I would hate to delete it due to these minor issues. Thanks!

I bought the Bveiugn Scale because I wanted a lower cost option for reporting my weight stats to my Fitbit App. This Fitdays is the app my new Bveiugn scale said to download. Upon initial setup the scale reported my weight to my Fitbit app, but not since. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, logging out of the apps then in. Neither of these actions worked. Then I tried to find s way to contact the developer through the app, nothing found. Finally I tried to get app support through the Apple App Store using the link provided here. That link does not work. There is a gross failure on this Fitbit Link feature. Additionally, the link from the Bveiugn scale to the Fitdays app ONLY works when the app is open on my iPhone and near the scale. If you weigh without first opening the Fitdays app and having it standby while you weigh, then it will NOT record your weight or other stats. Hoping that the developer will fix this quick.

Awesome app packed full of informative information and very user friendly. I’ve read on here about peeps complaining about ADs in the app. Yes, I’ve been a member for a little over a year and have had 4 whole ADs in total that were merely a pop up to advertise a Fitbit product. Nothing to get worked up about at all. I highly recommend using this app but be aware it’s super addictive and your gonna love it.

Can not register an account. The first screen asking if you’ve read the privacy policy is blank, and does not show the privacy policy but it will let you say that you’ve read it and continue on to the next page. After entering your email and creating a password it does not go to the next page when you click next. If I try to submit some feedback through the app it just says feedback failure. The test feature seems to work with the scale but it doesn’t give the BMI or body fat even though my feet are bare. A solution to this would be appreciated soon, otherwise I’ll delete the app and return the scale.

I’m not sure why but I can’t even register to create an account. When I click on the test option of the app to see if the scale connects to my phone, it works. However when I switch to the register screen, the app goes completely blank. The whole point of me buying the scale was to track all my data during my fitness journey. When I try to go to the help section of the app to provide feedback or try to contact, I’m met with a feedback failure screen. If someone can help me I would greatly appreciate it because I really want to use the scale to it’s full potential.
