Why does this happen every couple of weeks I have to reconnect my phone to the device or have to constantly log in why can’t it be one fix and be done or back to the original app where u didn’t have to make an account or has to constantly have to reconnect to the device

As you will read in other reviews here they now require an account to be created to use a bluetooth app. It's absolute trash, which is too bad because this was an app that worked as expected. I hope everyone who hates this app gives 1 star so this version of the app will be removed from the app store and Fisher Price will be forced to backtrack their information trafficking scheme. How about this Fisher Price, give everyone a full refund and you can use our information! It's sick we pay for a product then have to give personal information with no option to bypass especially since it's not required. Exploiting parents need to soothe their children to try to make a few extra bucks. Disgusting.

I used the app previously and did not require an account, however, after a recent update to the app, you can no longer use the app without an account. This really feels like a bait and switch: phishing for more customer information? ... I am quite disappointed. I really wish this had happened within my product purchase return window.

Don’t expect a second device to be able to turn it on unless the first device disconnects from it
