Usually when people rent homes they’re younger and are able to navigate through the rental process. My partner and I are older and it’s been quite sometime since we rented. First key Representatives have been patient, helpful and professional the entire time. Maintenance team timely in answering calls and fixing problems. Accounting department understanding in payment transactions. The team in KCMO are always willing to talk to us or call us back and answer our questions. Glad we chose First Key Homes.

The auto payment can't be changed anymore after setting up one time. It also can't be canceled. This is colossal cheek. These are my data and it's my decision, if I want to change my payment settings. FIX IT!!!!!
