People lose their debit cards!!! And I have went hungry because of it. I like the alternative way to pay. And for all these idiots you don’t have to pay beforehand, they give you choices!!

This app is useless unless you are just in it for meager rewards. You cannot place an order for pick-up/delivery. The location next to my work is super busy and is easier if I can preorder/prepay and just walk in to grab it when it’s ready. PLUS the app stole $25 from me when I accidentally clicked on the preload screen. The link at the bottom of the screen stated “we will preload $0 to your account” but after I hit it, it preloaded $25. Oh and THERE IS NO WAY TO DELETE YOUR CARD INFO ONCE ENTERED!!! HORRIBLE ROTTEN APP

When you order food from the website, it makes you turn your device to place an order. Thought this was odd and the interface is completely not user friendly. I downloaded the app hoping the interface experience would be better. Fired Pie, it’s 2019. Please get you a developer that can make an app that is responsive on all devices. It would be really nice to place an order on this app at a basic level.

This Fired Pie is soooo good with being able to “pick” What you wanted on your Pizza. The opportunity to Visually “See” the ingredients Before gives you confidence that what you’re choosing is FRESH!!!! Great Job!

I was excited to earn rewards, however, you're required to sign up for automatic monthly payments that are taken from your debit or credit card. They want to hang on to your money to give you these "rewards". It's a sneaky process and they don't ask for proper authorization to charge your card.
