I ordered the item by sound logic to backtrack and find to keep my valuables safe I tried everything I can do to get it to connect to my phone it will not it’s a total waste of time scam I don’t even know how old the United States lets this kind of junk coming to the market but now I have to spend another hour of my time taking this back to Home Depot and I feel Home Depot should check their product before they sell them to the consumer this is a total waste of time is total joke it doesn’t even work it’s a Lena know why they sell it.

Does not work. Tried everything it will not connect. Plus it’s poorly made. Had to open it twice to re-seat the battery Home Depot should take it back full refund even though it was not that expensive I’m not making a donation for a product doesn’t work.

Alert!!! Do not download this app if you're trying to use your itek track & find product. This app is crap and literally doesn't do anything. The only reason I gave it 5 stars was to attract your attention. The app you want is FINDELFI NOT FINDELF.

Does not work. One came defective completely. The other beeps for the long beep to power on and off and long bee to find, but never pairs with the app. This thing is junk and going back for sure. Home Depot should not carry this device. Would not recommend at all.

It won’t connect. I have tried multiple times. Lights are on the device but app can’t find it right here in my hand. Absolute waste of money for this product! You get what you pay for!
