All you need is to input your PIN and the one time password is available instantly to complete your transactions. If you are using the Fidelity Online Banking app, you can easily copy the eight digit token response and paste as required. INFORMATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE When activating your token for the first time, you will be charged N1,500 + 5% VAT. However this is a one-time charge for your token in line with the Central Bank of Nigeria’s directive. Subsequent reinstallation or reactivation will be free of charge.
