I shouldn’t have even given one star but because I wanted to give a review that’s why. The app is the worst mobile app I have never come across the whole of my life as this bad app and version keeps crashing anytime I want to send money into my account or from my account to mobile money wallet which is impossible and it’s very bad if you don’t get this things fix. We shall start withdrawing our money if things like this are happening and to the mobile app developers, please make sure the app bugs are fix or else anytime I enter into the banking hall I will fire everybody and withdraw 90% of my savings and others to will surely do the same if you don’t get it fix . 😏😏😠😡😓

The current version of the app, is very very poor, it has crashing bug in it, when you launch the app and logged in. In few seconds the whole app crash or shut down. You will need to log in again and when you log in, it will shut down again. I did un-installed and reinstall yet still this issue keep happening. I wish it is possible to get the old version intact but because they programmed the system to automatically update all apps which belongs to the bank, we re not able to control which app to keep and which not to keep.. Hello people of Fidelity Bank, to be sincere I regret the day I started banking with you guys !!! 😡 what sort of bad service is this ??? Your App keep crushing all the time why 😡😡 don’t you know about it ?? Each and every day I have to call you to reset my app what sort of nonsense is that ? Get your bugs fixed !!! What baffles me is anytime I go to the bank, I will see them recommending their non working App to customers. I’m tired of calling you guys all the time get the bugs fixed else I’m out. At a point I thought I was the only one experiencing that, not knowing a general problem.

What’s this Bank still waiting for ? Is it that they don’t want us to have easy access to our funds or what. I updated this up and ever since I haven’t been able to use it. It crushes on me anything I try to login. I called in few days ago and reported it and after few minutes they called back and asked me to delete and reinstall the app again.. thinking it would work but FIASCO. It’s still the same. I think I need to sue them for making me waste my data. How annoying. Mtcheew

I can’t even use the app . It is crashing anytime I try to use the app for 2 days now . The previous version was better. You guys should please fix this situation because it is affecting me . I had to go to the bank yesterday because I was unable to make transfer to my mobile money account. If an application works this way then what’s is the need of updating it ?
