The App will serve as an alternative to the hardware and SMS token used to authenticate transactions on FCMBOnline (Personal & Business). Activating this app will require you to log on to FCMBOnline, FCMBMobile Plus, call the Contact Centre or visit the nearest FCMB branch. To get started, new users are to activate with a Serial Number, an Activation Code and Customer ID while existing users are to reactivate with a Serial Number, an Activation Code, a Reactivation Code and Customer ID.
