Dear C. Bockway, We're sorry for our delayed response, but your review did help us determine that there was an issue with the calibration on the backend for the iPhone Xr. We have since corrected this issue and your tests have not returned to normal. Please respond to our support questions when you can as we'd like to see if you are experiencing any other issues.

Dear User, Thank you for your review and comments; I want to address your concerns with the application. First, we are working on leaving the screen on, but in the meantime you will either need to take your iPhone out of low power mode or increase the display time in your settings. If you have your phone in low power mode, the screen will automatically dim within 15 seconds and turn off within 30. Since we are no longer having the user tap buttons on the screen, the phone isn't registering a touch that would keep it on. We do hope to have an update to address this soon. When the app was first released we did have an issue with the iPhone Xr, but this has since been corrected. You should receive normal testing results. If you haven't contacted our support team just yet, please do so we can verify your account and testing data. Addressing your last question, this is not your model of phone, but alignment with the slits at the top of the VisionCheck. If you move the device a wee bit to the right or left without tilting it, you should be able to see the lines just fine. If your pupils are not aligned you will not see the line within the tube as you normally would. Please reach out to our support team so we can help you further.

Hello! We appreciate the feedback and would like to talk to you in depth to better understand what parts of the app you would like to improve. While the testing process may seem longer than it should, we do use an aggregate of your testing results to provide you with your EyeGlass Numbers. This allows us to provide the user with the best results and measurement of the user's eyes. It also is a self administered test, so those who test well will have excellent results, but those who test poorly will not. This is represented by the button for glasses either being grey or colored. 85% of those users who have ordered glasses with our EGNs say they are the same or better than their current measurements. Hello! If you are using the same account with multiple persons you will not receive proper results. The EyeGlass Numbers created are an aggregate of your testing data, so if you have multiple persons only take a single test, you will receive inaccurate results. This is why you need to take at least 3 tests and have your own account per user. We would love to speak to you more about your process of testing and what difficulties testing were.
