Expense Account

Have loved using this over the past year. Now that it's tax time I need totals for the end of the year. Not able to print out year end totals. Have to read them off ipad. Now starting a new year each entry total on screen is added to last years totals. Not going to work for me anymore but loved it. Seems the only way to continue without totals added to last year is to delete all data and start over. I have deleted n order to start over.

I've had an expense account at work for years. Every so often, the company has someone who doesn't keep up with receipts and they end up paying for it via their vacation pay and/or reimbursements. With this simple app, I have a copy of every receipt. Needless to say, I've never given up my vacation pay, and I will never need to! Not to mention I can track each job # or month and know exactly what I've spent, without the accounting department telling me I owe reimbursements! Long story short, GREAT APP!!!

This is a fantastic easy to use no bells and whistle app. However, it would be even better if you could now improve it by including a daily "income" field and evolving the app to show people their monthly balances. Also, if you find a way to have the app merge your end of month expenses and have it show a monthly expense report. It would really boost the app ranking.

I looked and looked for apps until I found the best! I needed one app to just keep track of my daily expenses and found the best. I get the final report, super easy and emailed it as pdf or any other way, as Tina Turner would say: “simply the best”

This is a basic app for tracking expenses and receipts. But since I am looking for an aid to help me keep up with business expenses for reimbursement from my employer, is was not ideal for my situation. I need a list of monthly receipts grouped in the way my employer tracks them (with images). I was never able to generate a usable report. But this app may work for you -- its affordable.
