Exhale On Demand

Love that I can access full one hour Barre fitness classes with all of my favorite Barre teachers via Exhale On Demand app!!! Being able to maintain my total wellbeing on an everyday basis, which include complete, full hour Barre fitness is so important during our current public health emergency — total kudos to the Exhale On Demand team, and please accept my gratitude in the work to continuing to add new content each week! Please keep your older, 45 + minute content on the app — it never hurts to attempt to master a Barre class with repeat access! Thank you!

Great app if you can’t make it to Exhale classes. Not always the easiest to pick out the workout to do-so many choices- but the plans/programs they just added make it easier. Don’t love the generic electronic music in the pre-produced videos-wish they would allow you to mute the music while still hearing instructor. The music is so bad it’s distracting to me. The in-studio classes have regular music and are much more enjoyable! And they add classes regularly.

Given the health crisis the lack of new content is mostly understandable though perhaps it would be possible to introduce a category of classes from home with instructors. Also, the app used to have a “recently added media” category which no longer exists. New media is found at the top on the home tab which very helpful but within other categories the newer videos are typically dumped at the bottom. It would be great if all videos were put in chronological order within a category, with the newest at the top and older material toward the bottom. Thanks.

I really appreciate having such a wide range of classes available on demand, from my beloved barre classes to cardio, yoga, and other dance-based options. And given that some of the cardio classes are more challenging than what my 58 year old body can typically handle, I really appreciate that with “on demand” I can pause and take breaks as needed and still get through the complete workout at my own pace.

I am really enjoying Exhale on Demand. There are various types of workouts to choose from, and every one that I have done has really worked up a sweat regardless of the type of workout and the instructor. It can be a little challenging to modify at home without a barre, but it can definitely be done! I recommend this app to anyone looking for intense and quality workouts.
