Have the app on my iPhone (up to date IOS), but it states “unable to load application data”. I have installed the app twice but keeping getting this message. Can this be fixed? Pleased to see that this has now been fixed. Thank you.

As this title states your better going on the web site that using this app if you have any kinds of tablet because this app has not not been designed to look a feel good on a tablet despite what the developers say. This is just a mobile phone app that can be enlarged (doubled in side) so it fills a tablet screen and and I know why bit it has to be viewed in portrait mode when most tablet users used their tablets in landscape. I truly wish that app developers would stop just creating apps for phones so that when they are run on a table they look like they were not designed for the table, why can’t app developers design two version of their app one for a phone and one that looks good on a tablet. I just can’t understand why anyone would think that this kinda app looks good on a bigger screen because it does not. And therefore until major changes are made or we get a decent looking app that looks good on a tablet and works in landscape mode I will continue not to use it.

I’ve been going to Everyman Cinemas for years and the introduction of this app makes the booking experience so much easier. Highly recommend

Needed this app for a really long time. Good in principle, unfortunately the link to add tickets to Apple wallet doesn’t work and when trying to add to calendar the app crashes. When it does crash there doesn’t seem to be the option to go back into the tickets and try to add to either wallet or calendar again.

It’s super weird that you can book tickets on the app but the tickets themselves are sent by email. Why not create an app that adds cinema tickets to the Apple wallet directly from the app? And perhaps stores the tickets there too? Also when I add the event to my calendar and invite someone to it the app crashes and force closes.
