Engineering FMEA for iPad Engineering FMEA for iPad is designed for fast, structured engineering documentation with a strong educational focus. The primary purpose of the app is to support learning and applying systematic thinking in engineering problem analysis through the FMEA methodology. The app can also be used for practical needs such as FMEA reporting, rapid preparation of preliminary data for urgent meetings, team selection, and tracking corrective actions. A sample Wind Turbine FMEA project, including references and tutorial content, is automatically added on first installation (clean install required). Reporting Capabilities • The content of the full report can be customized using settings options. • A complete report preview is generated when the Report button is pressed. • Each section includes its own dedicated report button for partial reporting. • Users can upload and save project-specific logo images by tapping the logo area on the notification page. After editing, updates can be saved or recorded as a new entry using the command buttons. Reporting & Sharing The full report is previewed before publishing.
