The app works ok and doesn’t crash, but it also doesn’t really do anything of significance other then letting you view a service you are scheduled for. No planning, editing, contacting volunteers, etc. The app needs work.

The app rarely works for the majority of my worship team, including myself (the worship staff member who uses this to communicate with my team). Luckily it’s super easy to use on Chrome or Safari, so the fact the app hardly works isn’t a massive deal. It’s still much better than PCO, but if the app was better it would climb even higher in the favor of planners everywhere. Love Elvanto, but the app barely works. When it does work it’s the bee’s knees, but that’s not commonplace.

Elvanto is consistently a challenge for people from our team to login their first time. The dashboards are not intuitive, and I can rarely find what I’m looking for. Literally every interaction with Elvanto is a frustrating experience. I’d love to see Elvanto do some user research and hire a few interaction designers, because many of the problems seem so basic/obvious.

I can see my class roll, but I have to go to the web page to actually take roll. That doesn’t make much sense. Please add that functionality to the App itself.

The app worked great for a few months then one day it completely stopped working. I open the app and nothing happens. I’ve deleted and redone loaded several times to no avail...this is unacceptable
