Elemental Cocktails

Care was obviously taken to provide a good experience. The recipes are good but I love the easy way to add your own cocktails. One improvement would be to add in the ingredients you have so you can see what recipes you can make. Some other apps have this feature.

The user flow is intuitive and the layout clean and simple. Gives you exactly the info you need to pull up recipes fast without a bunch of extra blocks of text or double menus. No, it doesn't have the most recipes in its starter pack, but you can add your own recipes easily and, once you do, they are very quick to access. This app also allows you to buy “collections” from respected cocktails books, rather than being dedicated to one book, which is genius. The other apps have clunky layouts, loud ads, or branded recipes. The history here is also comprehensive and well researched.

I love the drink histories feature. So many delicious drink recipes. All of the other apps i’ve tried are garbage and elemental is the best!

I'm a cocktail buff, so I'm pretty fussy about the apps I use. This one is beautiful and well thought out. The design is clean and easy to use. The recipes selected are a good blend of essentials from the past and new classics. There's no filler here, just good drinks and the ability to add your own frequently used recipes. Everything you need and nothing to get in the way of it! Full disclosure: After seeing the quality of the app and the drink list, I agreed to work with the developer to write histories for the first 53 recipes. Hope you enjoy them!

There are SOOOO many bad cocktail apps on the store! Horrible interfaces, junk drinks just used as filler, typo, and on and on. This app is great! A small number of recipes and the ability to put whatever you want into it and then know that it's backed up makes this app a clear winner!
