This app is helpful and I am so glad to such way to pay bills in Jordan. - I would love it if you show names alongside the subscription number. - Paid bills should be updated with in 24 hours to show that the bills are paid. - Make it easy to save your credit cards information to make it easy for monthly payments.

When you enter your credit card .. they ask you stupid and nonsense question like your nickname .. and even when you do what they tell you to do .. it doesn’t work ... I recommend you folks not to waste your time on this garbage app

Most of the companies enhanced their application to make their customers happy and satisfied. Now your changing the main screen that show customer invoices into bad way and customer cannot manage or show his dues by single click. Each time i have to click in each invoice and see the dues and them in different list to see the total amount. (Very bad user experience) Am disappointed and i will never use it anymore.
