It says track your kid’s bus in real time and I don’t know. This just gives me the scheduled time when the bus is supposed to be here. Our area has a shortage of drivers, so sometimes the buses have to pickup/drop off kids not from their usual route. That’s not a problem, but I would like for this app to let me know when the bus is ACTUALLY going to be there. Waiting for my kid in the ridiculous summer heat wasn’t fun, but my biggest concern is the wet and cold season. I don’t want my child (or anyone else’s for that matter) to have to wait outside in unfavorable weather longer than they have to. If the bus is running late it would be great to know exactly how far it is so we can wait inside until it’s just about to get here.

The website has you going in circles with no real answers to your questions. So I put my kiddos student ID number in wrong and I can’t for the life of me find how to edit it. BUT, the first thing I thought when I got the info about this from the school was, what if I was in a custody battle and didn’t want my ex to know where our child was. When I saw that you had to put in the students number I thought, we’ll maybe that wouldn’t be that easy. Oh but it is, especially since they send you an email with the correct info no questions asked of who you are or verification. I work for a school and our buses are always late. I put in a couple of our students so I could have an idea of when the buses would be coming. I received an email with students birth dates as well as student ID’s.

I was not able to track my son. The bus seems to always be in the “truck center company”(does not update its current location). I don’t have access to scan history nor where’s my child. It was quite scary yesterday because my son was going to get off in the wrong bus stop. Also the bus came late and it would have been helpful to be able to track it. I had to end up calling the school to update me with the bus.

App works for me, well at least for one of my children. I’m able to track the location for my middle school child, she starts to walk towards the bus stop when the bus is close by. However for my elementary children the bus has been parked in the same location for the past 3 weeks, I was able to track it the first few weeks not sure what happened. **for the ones that say app is denying them, try putting your child’s student I’d WITHOUT the begging 0, I was having the same issue till I removed the 0**

I just can’t seem to get past the first screen because it’s asking for their school ID number which I do not have. I think this will be a great app once it’s really up and running because my son rides school bus and sometimes they are late or I am kind of late to pick him up and I don’t know if he got dropped off and started walking home already or they’re just late. Hope these bugs a fixed and I can use the app. !!
