Hello, The app does what it's supposed to do. My only complaint/update request is that I can't change the sound from Bluetooth back to my handset when I'm connected to a device. For example I'm listening to FM radio in my car but I have to change to Bluetooth input on my radio to be able to hear the dispatches. In order for me to hear the dispatch without changing my car radio to BT is to turn BT off on my phone.

Would like to se and option map to where we can find the location when the give out address as we are a small town but big country to respond to always having to call in to find where it is located would be easier if we could just push map and it would show us location

I have had this app for over a year and have not had a problem with it. Over the last month or so I noticed that the on duty option is no longer available in the settings. Why is that? Besides that I have no problems with this app.

This app works as promised. However, it doesn’t rotate on the Ipads that are mounted in the apparatus. This makes the user have to read it sideways, which is near impossible, especially in a moving apparatus. 1 phone call to edispatch to inquire about an update to correct was met with a rude person stating it was their app and they weren’t interested. A follow email to support months later was never acknowledged. I like the app, it works, but is not user friendly in certain mounting situations.

Would be really nice if we had more options for notifications. And the ability to have it set up to automatically alert family when I’m responding to a call.
