EdinBus

Use this app every day, it’s my go to app for bus times and usually I like it but it doesn’t seem to be working today 😫 please fix pronto because alternative apps are rubbish. This app isn’t as good for planning unfamiliar routes but it’s perfect for checking departure times from saved stops.

For someone who doesn't know Edinburgh, this really doesn't help much. It would be far simpler, and easier to use , if you had a 'current location', and 'destination'... At the time of writing, I don't know the area at all. I searched for 'Royal Mile', and got a screen with about 50 stops. After tapping a few, I finally found the Royal Mile stop, and was presented with '36'. Now, I assume that is the bus I need to catch, but I won't know for certain, until I go to a bus stop... Conclusion... Not bad, but could be so much better.

Great app. Never lets you down, with GPS location very accurate. Although the option to plan a journey and even be able to view more than one route in the same time would be much handier. Just a suggestion. So rating it 4

My local stop keeps disappearing... I have to delete the app, re download it, then it is there, but the minute I come out the app and go back on it, it's gone :/ fix this and I'll give it 5 star. Could also do with being able to set an alarm for when the bus is 5 minutes away to stop me having to keep checking the app.

I use this for the number 35 mainly. I've missed so many buses as it has been saying the wrong times! I took a screen shot of the app and a pic of the bus tracker about 2 seconds apart. The app showed 13 mins the tracker said 3! This is no good if you need to get to work/home. Can this be fixed please? I used to really like this app. Cheers
