EasyLose: Diet & Macro Tracker

First of all, the app itself is great. It has a clean UI that makes entering foods and recipes a breeze. For me I have trouble remembering to log foods later, so having such quick access to recipes / meals I can enter before hand is a lifesaver. The only issue I had when I first got the app was that it didn’t write my calories to Apple Health. I emailed their support team and they told me they’d look in to it for a future update. Less than a month later they not only updated their app to write calories to Apple Health, they remembered to email me and let me know that my feature request was ready. That’s some seriously awesome support. I highly recommend this app, especially since they offer a lifetime in app purchase. So many apps these days rely on subscriptions, it’s nice to have a choice whether I want to subscribe or purchase. If you’re looking for a calorie tracker you should definitely pick this one up.

I've been enjoying this app, this far. I love how simple it is, the layout is beautiful, and tracking is easy. I've only had one issue. That being, there is an option to connect your Fitbit, but when you activate that option, nothing happens. It doesn't give you the option to allow access for authorization.

The app is easy enough to use when it works but it doesn’t always read barcodes and that’s frustrating. I had to enter the information myself and there didn’t seem to be a way to go back and edit mistakes. Also the water tracker is useless to me because I have a 600ml water bottle and you can only enter 250ml at a time. No way to edit. Also it sent me a notification to eat breakfast after I’d already logged my breakfast. I’m sure it’s working for other people, but it’s just not right for me.

So easy to use. Just set how much weight you want to lose per a week and stick to calorie count. I only needed to lose 10 pounds. Already lost 5 lbs in 10 days. Also syncs with apple watch to give you extra calories to use when you work out. Amazing.

Great app to keep me in track of my calories and my workouts. It’s easy and user friendly. I like the reminders for my meals because there are days when I’m so busy and forget to eat. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 star rating...it’s a minor problem but I am not able to change the icon the new food item I’m adding. Otherwise, definitely recommend.
