easy returns

This app is pretty good. I can save receipts through the great system of making a new one and choosing if I want it to lmk that there's a return coming up, I can set the date, I can create stores, I can take pics of the receipt. But in that window I can't add details, which I can only do after I have made the receipt. Also, I can't order the receipts in any way, it has to be from earliest purchased to latest. Also, weird things like "connection unsuccessful" and "error: 404", amongst other issues keep popping up. It happens and I just have to say ok every time. 4-5 happen in a row, as if spamming me. I don't even know what it means, it doesn't tell me how to fix it. It's kind of a bother. Also, I can only take up to four pictures for the receipt, and if I mess up on one I can't delete it. I would have to delete the receipt and redo it. It also doesn't allow me to add more after 4.

It's a ok app for keeping track of receipts. The problem I have with it is there is no way to add information while you're in putting a receipt you have to save the receipt go back to the home screen select the receipt that you have just entered which will take you back to the screen you were just working on. where you have to select the edit function then you can put in the information you want. this is an extra steps that I is time-consuming. The other problem I have with it is there's only one way to sort by date, I would like the of options of sorting by name or by cost. Which would make searching for a Pacific receipt much much easier to do.

I use it on my iPad, if it could be used between two devices (iPhone and iPad) it would add 1/2 star. Easy to use, I add the retailer > take a photo of receipt > add the return time window > and save. The main issue occurs at this point; the app always crashes and I have to restart to add the next receipt. Fix this bug and I give this app 5 stars! A lot more affordable than purchasing one of those $300 receipt scanners. 12/15 Fixed the "crash bug", thanks! But I just noticed this evening that it crashes when I tap on the 🔔 icon in the receipt tab, please address this issue. My rating is on its way up though. When will it be available to sync between devices?

I used the in-app way to contact consumer support and I received an email that said "This email does not exist." This tells me that I should not expect any improvements on this app an therefore I am changing apps. This was my email and feedback for the app: "Hi Support team, could you please consider adding an option to 1. delete photos you have saved 2. fix it where receipts you have saved are always automatically editable and automatically always save 3. Do the saved receipts automatically delete after the return window has run out? If so it should be an option to toggle on/off. And if they delete, they should only be archived for an additional amount of time. I like this app and the ability to take pictures and save them forever:)"

I was bit skeptical with buying this app because of the previous reviews and also the developer has not made any updates for a while, but there really isn't any app that tracks returns. I think the app works well haven't had any issues it does what it says so Im very pleased.
